Once we receive your video over email, we will promptly arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.

There’s no minimum order size required for international shipping — we’re happy to deliver a piece of India to wherever you are.
When will my order be shipped after I make a purchase?
All orders are processed in 24-48 hours through registered domestic courier companies to all pin codes where courier service is supported by our logistics partners. Please note Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. The delivery timeline is usually around 1 to 2 weeks.
